Come out and try one of our exercise classes, upstairs above the centre:
Monday 2pm – Creative Movement. $3.
Tuesday 10am – Tai Chi Advanced. $3.
Tuesday 10am – Gentle Movement: Feldenkrais. $3.
Tuesday 10.30am – Tai Chi Intermediate. $3.
Wednesday Noon – Gentle Movement: Feldenkrais. $3.
Thursday 9am – Tai Chi Beginners. $3.
Thursday 10am – Tai Chi Intermediate. $3.
Thursday 11am – Gentle Yoga Class. Free.

Yoga in the Cross
Yoga in the Cross is now run by Peppa.
Peppa’s yoga class will cover many of the aspects of Hatha Yoga.
Classes are held in the Macleay Room, Saturday 10.00am to 11.00am.
Flex at the Rex
Ivana holds “Flex at the Rex” classes
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm in the Macleay Room.
Improvised Dance for Seniors, Monday 2pm-3:30pm at the Rex Centre. Cost $3.
A reminder about this class upstairs. Based around the concept of “Heartfulness Meditation”, it offers a way to connect to inner stillness and peace and to bring balance to your outlook and help develop better relationships in your personal and professional life. Classes are free (15 years and older). Wednesday 12.30pm to 1.30pm in the Macleay Room.
Sydney Walk Talk and Eat
SWEAT is another group organised in partnership with the Heart Foundation which is promoting more social walks to various locations in the wider Sydney area. At the moment SWEAT is fully subscribed and no additional members can be accommodated. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please see Katherine at the Centre.
